Pedagogic Planning Workshop (June 1-7, 2008) in Uppsala, Sweden

With the main aim at sharing ideas and principles in educational policies, pedagogical approaches among institutions in the RDViet network, the Project will organize an Education workshops for Vietnamese resource persons at Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Uppsala from 1 to 7 June, 2008. 11 teachers from different institutions and universities around Vietnam have been selected to attend this workshop.
Objectives
of the workshop:
To share ideas and principles in educational
policies, pedagogical approaches and current educational praxis in higher
education among institutions in the RDViet network
To discuss educational support to teachers and
teachers' felt need as a basis for development of a course in distance
education for the network
To initiate a discussion on key issues in
student research supervision at master and PhD level
To develop a draft plan to continue educational
support for teachers through a distance education course for the autumn
